The Development Advice in 5 steps:

1. Insight into yourself: strengths and weaknesses Gain more insight into yourself and your strengths and weaknesses and immediately know better what suits you. Fortunately, we have a toolbox full of instruments to find out what your talents are. Use the development advice and identify your strengths and weaknesses using an assessment. 2. Opportunities for development towards a job There are many different options for finding a new job. But which one suits you and what do you still need to learn and develop to really be a good candidate? With our labor market scan we place your profile over that of potential (and promising) jobs. This way we find out whether you need additional training for the job that suits you. 3. Advice and action plan for your future We discuss the insight and possibilities in the development advice meeting. On this basis, a training and development plan is drawn up. This plan is aimed at ensuring that you are a perfect match for your future job. To achieve this, we draw up an action plan together with you. By means of interim goals and deadlines, we ensure that you get to work on the development advice. 4. Do: Your training and development plan in progress Time to implement the action plan. Depending on the plan, you will follow a course, training, internship, self-study or another method. Where possible, financed with various subsidies. Monitoring progress helps you to successfully complete your personal plan, so that you are ready for the current labor market. 5. Following up on job opportunities Now it is time to enter the market with your newly acquired knowledge or skills. Job security is part of the deal for many of the training opportunities offered. And if not, you have the perfect profile to end up on top of the pile of CVs for vacancies that are perfect for you.
