At WerkmansMobiliteit we are enthusiastic about our collaboration with CEREO, the national center for career development. This collaboration ensures that we can optimally support regional, supra-regional and national organizations.
We have the regional knowledge and expertise to guide employees and branches in North Brabant and Gelderland. The other career agencies offer this for the other regions in the Netherlands. Within this collaboration we can offer uniform and high-quality services for national and supra-regional organizations.
Our role as a partner
We specialize in guiding neurodivergent employees. This includes people with Autism/A(D)HD/NAH in collaboration with CEREO. We can also offer this guidance outside Brabant and Gelderland.

How we work
We submit applications to CEREO for organizations with a national or supra-regional focus. They manage the assignment and act as the first point of contact.
For each career or absence trajectory, we carefully consider which partner and case manager best suits the situation. A permanent coach is assigned to ensure continuity.
Assignments not affiliated with partners are handled from the head office in Rotterdam, such as management training and labor expert research.
By using central administration and customer service, a constant, high quality of service is guaranteed.
