1. Reason for NL learns through regulation Now that the economy is getting going again, it is clear that we are confronted with fundamental and often permanent changes. This means that many workers have to adapt to the new reality and prepare for a different way of working or even different work. To prepare you for these new circumstances, money is being made available for development advice and training to retain employment. 2. Objective of the scheme The NL Leert Door scheme aims to support people who are in danger of losing (or have already lost) their work as a result of the crisis and will have to make the transition to other promising work. The intention is that with the help of development advice or training, they can perform their current work in a different way or be prepared for jobs that are currently needed. 3. For whom and when? This scheme is not only intended for employees in the sectors that are affected, but for everyone from 18 years to retirement age with a relationship to the labor market. So if your employer has been affected by this crisis, if you are the victim of this, but also if you are not feeling well in your current job, then this scheme is for you. From August 1, career advisors (like us) can apply for this scheme with development advice. 4. Conditions of the scheme The scheme involving development advice was published in the Government Gazette on 24 July. Conditions have been set that a development advice process must meet, such as a mandatory labor market scan and a minimum number of personal guidance hours. In addition, there are administrative conditions, such as keeping interview reports, drawing up a personal development plan, a performance declaration and permission to process personal data. 5. Applications and administration You can request development advice from us and we will register this process with the government and then apply for a subsidy after completion.
